We serve all needing care in Liberty and Long counties regardless of ability to pay.
From primary care to preventative care, we provide services to meet your need.
Healthcare is something that everyone needs at every stage of life. At Diversity Health Center, we provide primary health care to residents in Liberty, Long, and Wayne counties regardless of age, income, insurance coverage, or place of residence.
We exist to fill a gap in healthcare services for Georgia residents, primarily for individuals and families at or below 200% of the federal poverty level. Unlike a free clinic, our charges are based on a sliding fee scale that takes into consideration the number of persons in the family and your total income. We provide primary healthcare to anyone and accept most insurance plans, including Medicaid and Medicare.
Patients are not turned away, regardless of their ability to pay!
